Tickets can be purchased on our website TREESDALLAS.COM or at the box office when the venue is open.
Our ticket partner is AXS. We do not support tickets sold through re-sale sites (StubHub, SeatGeek, etc).
Tickets are the same price at the box office as online, including service fees.
If a show is cancelled, tickets bought from the box office can be returned and refunded at the venue. Tickets bought online will be refunded at point of purchase.
If a show is rescheduled, tickets already purchased will be valid at the new date (and venue, if applicable). Rescheduled dates will not be refunded.
Our venue permits all ages but we are 17+ without supervision. Anyone 16 and under may enter with an adult guardian.
If you plan on drinking, you need to bring a VALID government-issued photo ID showing you are 21+. People of legal drinking age are wrist-banded upon entry.
Some shows are 18+ & 21+. Those shows will require a VALID government-issued photo ID.
Most shows are all ages with adult supervision. We are a 17+ venue, unless otherwise listed on our website.
Limited ADA spots are available on a first come, first serve basis. Arrive early to speak to a Trees staff member and we will provide accommodations accordingly.
Seating is offered on a show-by-show basis. The venue is customizable and every show can be different. Please check the seat map for each individual show as shown on our ticket partner website.
We will have all show and door times listed on the website. As always, set times are subject to change without notice.
Openers will usually be listed on the website or social media. Check the Facebook event the day of the show for set times and other important updates.
Prohibited items include: backpacks, outside food or drink, drugs, blankets, weapons, strollers, and professional photography equipment (cameras with detachable lenses). The touring artist and management reserve the right to change the camera policy at anytime. Items not allowed into the venue will not be held at box office for any patrons.
The implementation of our bag policy is intended to enhance fan safety and expedite entry into Trees by reducing the time required to search bags at venue entrance. This policy also aligns similarly with other bag policies at Dallas/Fort Worth venues and facilities.
Approved bags include:
- Bags that do not exceed 14” x 14” x 6”
- Small clutch purses or crossbody bags (with or without straps) that are no larger than 14″ x 14″ x 6″
- Credentialed media and staff, team personnel and credentialed guests will not be subject to the bag restrictions but will continue to enter at the venue’s checkpoints where they will be subject to screening and bag inspections.
- Exceptions will be made for medically-necessary items.
No professional photography equipment or audio/video recording equipment will be allowed into the venue. Only pocket sized cameras & cell phones will be allowed into the venue. No selfie sticks. Cameras with detachable lenses are prohibited.
Note: GoPros are not allowed as they are deemed video recording equipment.
The touring artist and management can change this policy at will. We cannot be held responsible for prohibited items that are confiscated. We do not have a coat check or hold area for personal belongings.

Management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing any clothing items deemed inappropriate or offensive.
We are a non-smoking facility. Smoking area is located on the side of the building in the parking lot.
Yes, there is an ATM in our venue located near our downstairs bar.
Credit cards can be picked up any day we are open after 7pm at the the door.
Yes. The nearest DART train stops to Trees Dallas are Deep Ellum and Baylor University Medical Center. They are a 5 or 10 minute walk from the venue. All other DART information can be found at DART.org.
Additionally, Uber and Lyft are both viable options for getting to the show.
Where should we go out to eat before the show?
